Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. *Order Cancellation Procedure:*

- Customers must send an email to fabricforeverindia@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing an order to initiate cancellation.

- Specify the order number and the reason for cancellation in the email.

 

2. *Cancellation Processing Fees for Pre-paid Orders:*

-If the fabric is cut ,order cannot be cancelled .

- If the cancellation request is received within the initial 12-hour time frame and fabric is not cut, a processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the refund amount.
-If cancellation request for order of dupatta /saree/lehenga/suitset is received before 12 hour time frame and parcel is not dispatched then a processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the refund amount.(if parcel is dispatched the order cannot be cancelled)

- Cancellation requests received after 12 hours will not be entertained.

 

3. *International Orders:*

- Orders with an international shipping destination cannot be canceled due to custom duty norms and policies of each country.

 

4. *Product Customization Limitations:*

- Customized or made-to-orderor preorder products  have no cancellation options once the production process has begun.

 

5. *Cancellation After Order Processing:*

- Once an order is processed, cancellation may not be possible. Customers are encouraged to contact us promptly for cancellation requests.

 

6. *Cancellation Confirmation:*

- Customers will receive confirmation of their cancellation request via email.

- The cancellation is considered successful upon receipt of the confirmation.

 

7. *Refund Timeline:*

- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 10-15 working days.

- For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, the refund will be issued to the source account.

 

8. *COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:*

- If COD was selected at the time of placing the order, no refund will be processed, as payment hasn't been made.

 

9. *Shipping Charges Deduction:*

- Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount if the order has been dispatched before cancellation.

 

10. *Coupon Code and Discount Deductions:*

- If a coupon code was applied and the order is canceled, the discount will be deducted from the refund amount.

- In case of multiple orders with a single product returned and a coupon code applied, the discount will be deducted accordingly.

 

11. *Exclusion of Sale Products:*

- Orders containing products sold during offers or sales are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or replacement unless the product is defective or damaged.

 

12. *Custom order Fabrics:*

• Custom order/preorder fabrics chosen by the customer cannot be canceled once the production process has commenced.

 

 

13. *Cancellation of International Orders:*

- International orders cannot be canceled due to the specific custom duty norms and policies of each country.

 

14. *Exceptions for Special Products:*

- Specific products like fabric books, test fabric, upload your design, template,accesories,borders and fabric orders measuring 3 meters or below are not subject to cancellation.

 

15. *Cancellation of Bulk Orders:*

- For orders above 15 meters of a single design, a cancellation processing fee may apply, as specified in point 2.

 

16. *Unwashed and Unused Condition:*

- To be eligible for a refund, canceled products must be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and in an undamaged condition.

 

This Cancellation Policy is subject to change, and customers are advised to review the terms periodically. Fabric Forever reserves the right to amend or modify this policy without prior notice.
