REFUND POLICY

 Refunds are not issued in cash. Upon receiving the returned fabric in good condition, we will credit the equivalent amount as a coupon code. The refund can only be processed after the original product is returned undamaged. The generated coupon code holds a value equal to the returned product and is subject to a specified validity period. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 To cancel an order, contact us at fabricforeverindia@gmail.com or by phone before the fabric is cut. The entire order amount will be refunded in the original payment method or as a coupon code for future use on our website.

 Once an item has been cut, shipped, or delivered, cancellation is not possible unless there is a manufacturing defect. ( Parcel opening video is must for any claims  , Further claims will not be entertained) Refunds, in the form of a coupon code with an equivalent value (excluding shipping charges), will be processed upon receiving the original item back at our warehouse and completing necessary checks.

Orders of Items/cutpiece on Sale or discounted price cannot be cancelled .

 

Processing Time for Cancellation:

 Fabric once cut cannot be cancelled due to whatsoever reason it may be. Cancellation requests take a maximum of 1-2 business days to process . Refunds, in the form of a coupon code, are initiated once we receive the canceled items back from the courier.

 

Refund Methods:

 Cash refunds are not available.

 1. A Refund Coupon will be shared for use on our website.

2. If an order is canceled due to fabric unavailability, the payment will be refunded to the original payment source. Refunds for fabric defects will be processed in the original payment source or as a wallet credit for COD orders. The complete refund process takes approximately 10-15 days, and your patience is appreciated.
