A fabric once cut, cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is some major visible defect. We advise our customers to make a small video while opening the package and find a defect instantly.

Unfortunately fashion fabrics these days have delicate works, we don't get any guarantees from the manufacturing segment. Hence we can't forward that to our customers. We do have half advance , half Cash On Delivery option. Fabric is cut as per customer needs and there can be a lot of wastage if we start getting rejected returns. Hence we come forward with this option.
