At Fabricforever, we aim to deliver premium quality fabrics to your doorstep safely and on time. Please read our shipping and payment terms carefully before placing your order.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver across India and Across The World* .

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout

  • Reshipping due to incorrect address or customer unavailability will attract additional charges.

2. Order Processing

  • Ready-to-ship fabrics are dispatched within 2–4 working days Excluding Sundays And Public Holidays.

  • Customized or made-to-order fabrics may take 7–10 working days for dispatch.

  • Dispatch timelines may extend during sale periods, high order volumes, or unforeseen operational delays.
  • Preorder items Are Dispatched Within the TimeFrame Mentioned in The Title Of Product/Description.

  • Fabricforever reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues.

     

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic delivery usually takes 2-10 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on courier partners and transit conditions.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, regional restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control shall not make Fabricforever liable for compensation.

  • We currently do not offer express delivery services.

 

4. Tracking Details

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/email .

  • By placing an order, you authorize our logistics partners to contact you regarding delivery.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery is considered complete once the product is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • We can process only one shipping address per order, hence if you would like to ship products to multiple addresses then you are required to place separate orders

  • If the package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

 

 

6. International Shipping

  • International delivery may take 10–15 working days.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges (if levied) shall be borne entirely by the customer.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

PAYMENT POLICY

We ensure all transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways to keep your information safe.

  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa / MasterCard / RuPay / AmEx)

  • Wallets

  • Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on select pin codes

All payments must be completed as per the final amount displayed at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes.


Fabricforever is not liable for:

 

  • Transaction authorization failures

  • Bank limit issues

  • Payment gateway errors

  • Declined transactions for any reason

 

 

PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

  • Partial COD is available for orders .

  • Orders above ₹10,000 require prepaid payment.

  • COD availability depends on serviceable pin codes.

  • If in case Partial COD is not available for some pincode after placing Order Due to Courier Constraints/Area Constraint  ,then The order will be sent via prepaid only after taking Balance Payment Upfront.

Partial COD Confirmation Charge

  • A ₹50 partial COD charge is applicable.

  • This amount is adjusted in the final payable amount.

  • The partial COD charge is non-refundable in case of:

    • Cancellation after dispatch

    • Refusal at delivery

    • Incorrect address or customer unavailability

COD Reattempts

  • Courier partners may attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If refused after two attempts, the order will be returned (RTO).

  • Repeated refusals may lead to COD restrictions for future orders.
