A fabric once cut, cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is some major visible defect. We advise our customers to make a small video while opening the package and find a defect instantly.

Normally we check all the fabrics before shipping, so we have not faced such issues till now. Also see our detailed return /exchange policy in footer section of website.

Unfortunately fashion fabrics these days have delicate works, we don't get any guarantees from the manufacturing segment. Hence we can't forward that to our customers. Rest assured, we have a tie up with best manufacturers in the world and we try to source only quality fabrics. That is a standard policy across India with all fabric stores.

We do have half advance , half Cash On Delivery option. Fabric is cut as per customer needs and there can be a lot of wastage if we start getting rejected returns. Hence we come forward with this option.
