- It may take upto 4-10 business days to deliver a product within india and 5-10 business days for international locations.

- Customized or made-to-order products may have longer delivery times.

- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

 

6. *Order Tracking:*

- Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped via email.

-Claims after 48 hours of parcel receipt will not be entertained.

- All products undergo rigorous quality checks before packaging and dispatch.

 

11. *Reverse Pickup Service (India Only):*

- Fabric Forever offers a free reverse pickup service for domestic orders with genuine manufacturing defect /damage product.

- The courier company representative will collect the product within 3-5 working days.

 

12. *Return Shipping Responsibilities (Outside India):*

- For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Follow the specified return process and contact fabricforeverindia@gmail.com for instructions.

 

13. *Refund Process:*

- Refunds for returned products are processed within 15-25 working days after receipt.

- Shipping charges are deducted from the refund amount.

 

14. *Shipping of Replacement Products:*

- Replacement products are shipped within the same timeframes as regular orders.

 

15. *Delivery Address Accuracy:*

- Ensure accurate delivery address details to avoid shipping issues.

- Fabric Forever is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.
-In case  of inaccurate adress /new adress update given by customer, return parcel charges and re forwarding charges will have to borne by customer.

 

16. *Undeliverable Packages:*

- In case of undeliverable packages, customers will be contacted for updated shipping information.

 

17. *Force Majeure:*

- Fabric Forever is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, customs delays,Courier related delays).
